Business Outreach Emails

We occasionally send one-off emails to UK limited companies about specific live government tenders that appear to match their trade. We do this under the "corporate subscriber" provisions of PECR and the legitimate-interest basis of UK GDPR.

The contact details we use are generic business addresses (e.g., info@) gathered from public sources: OpenStreetMap, Companies House, and company websites.

• We contact any address at most twice, ever.
• Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, honoured immediately and permanently.
• We store only: the business email, business name, and a record of when we contacted you.

What do we do?

Every morning Tender Sniper scans every new tender on Contracts Finder. We use AI to work out what each one actually requires, and email you only the contracts that match your trade in your area — with a plain-English summary, the value, and the deadline.
