If you subscribe we store your email, business name, chosen trades and areas, and billing status. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card details. Unsubscribing or cancelling removes you from all sending lists.
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can object to processing, by emailing hello@tendersniper.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Tender data is public sector information from Contracts Finder, used under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Outreach contact records are deleted after 12 months (see our Outreach Privacy Notice). Suppression (unsubscribe) records are kept indefinitely so we never email you again.
