1. Who we are

Tender Sniper is a trading name of All One Planet Ltd (Company No. 11017373), registered office at Blackhall Mill, Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, NE17 7LH. Registered in England and Wales. ICO registration no. ZC188092. Contact us at hello@tendersniper.co.uk.

By starting a trial or subscription you agree to these terms. The service is intended for businesses, sole traders and other organisations, not for personal use.

2. The service

Tender Sniper sends a daily email of UK public sector tenders that match the trades and areas you choose. Tender information comes from the government's Contracts Finder service and is used under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Summaries are produced with the help of AI.

We aim to send a digest every morning, but on days when no matching tenders are published you will not receive one. We may improve or change how the service works; if we make a change that materially reduces what you get, we will tell you and you can cancel.

3. Free trial and payment

• New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
• After the trial, the subscription costs £29 per month (or the price shown at checkout), charged monthly in advance to the card you gave at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• If we change the price we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next billing date after that notice.

4. Cancelling

There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe billing link in your receipt emails, or by emailing hello@tendersniper.co.uk from the address you signed up with. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will keep receiving alerts until then.

5. Refunds

Because you can try the service free for 7 days and cancel at any time, we don't normally refund part-months. If something has gone wrong on our side (for example, you were charged but received no digests because of a fault), email us within 30 days and we will refund the affected period. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have by law.

6. Your responsibilities

Please give us an accurate email address and keep your trade and area preferences up to date using the personal setup link we email you. Keep that link private, as anyone with it can change your preferences. Don't resell or republish the digests in bulk.

7. Accuracy and liability

• We pass on information published by public bodies and summarise it to save you time. We don't guarantee that every relevant tender will be found, that summaries are complete or error-free, or that you will win any contract. Always read the official tender notice and documents before bidding.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the digests, for missed deadlines, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity.
• Our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending the service

We may suspend or end a subscription if these terms are seriously broken, or stop the service altogether with at least 30 days' notice, in which case we will refund any period you have paid for but not received.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
